The second event of the Northern Rowing Council’s Long Distance Sculling series for 2024 took place on the River Tees on Saturday 5th October on a calm, chilly and sunny day.
Our Junior and Masters squads attended – six junior boats from singles to quads joined five masters crews in a well attended LDS race, with 198 crews on the start order!
Six Hexham crews took part in the small boats head race in the afternoon. Well done to everyone who raced, results can be found here: LDS results and SBH results.
